A Mentor Group For Anti-Aging

August 16th, 2009 · No Comments

Denver Colorado - Conference Centre

The best part of the visit to Terry Grossman’s in Denver was finding a group of people – Terry and his colleagues – who are well-versed in anti-aging methods and the research relating to that topic. This meant I was able to get a lot of feedback about what I had researched.

My research was triggered by reading the book co-authored by and – the great inventor. (Kurzweil is responsible for dictation software, the flatbed scanner and the electric piano, for example; quite a list.)

When I read the book – Fantastic Voyage: Live Long Enough to Live Forever – I had heard of Kurzweil, but not of Terry Grossman. Then I met Terry in November at a conference, and took to him.

Fine Tuning My Lifestyle

So, I found out things which will enable me to fine-tune my lifestyle. I found out things about my diet, exercise regime and general lifestyle which will help me greatly.

Not that I am perfect in my habits. No use getting stressed over trying to be perfect. But where I can make a change in my lifestyle which is easy for me, and which reduces the aging effect on my body, I do it.

An example of this is how I dealt with glycation – the process which causes wrinkles.

I’ll cover this in a few days in another post.
