I love ’shattering sacred cows’. This keeps me always interested and open to new ideas.
Shattering this sacred cow came a a real surprise, though: according to Dr Al Sears, you don’t need cardio exercise.
I was told about Dr Sears’ method by Terry Grossman – my main anti-aging advisor, so I had to take it seriously. After a brief look – I am hooked!
