Malcolm Simmonds trained as an acupuncturist, herbalist, iridologist mainly during 1979-83.

He treated clients for the next 7 years.

He also set up a separate business from home supplying herbal supplements to other practitioners. This grew into the the high quality supplier of unique herbal supplements, Specialist Herbal Supplies.

Malcolm’s particular interest currently is longevity. This field has a tremendous amount of research into health, much of it revealing. He has a blog about longevity and living healthily to an old age.

Hello
I am reqeusteing some information on supliments to take while taking adderall. It is a stimulant and decreases apetite. There are certain foods I don’t eat because it inhibits the body from properly absorbing my meds. Are you familar with adderall and can you sugest any thing
