We have to face it – we have an energy deficit in the UK. And it’s in the people.
Three quarters of the romantic (not) British say they regularly do not have the energy to make love.
One in ten people admit to watching TV programmes they don’t really want to watch – because they cannot be bothered to change the channel.
Three in five say they could not or would not climb two flights of stairs – preferring to take the lift.
How To Get More Energy?
A good first step is to exercise. Anyone who needs to can get a programme of interval training. It’s a great exercise that anyone can do. It is easy and needs little or no equipment; it improves heart and lung function; it is quick; it can be done at home.
And in a couple of months it will definitely get you up those stairs.
Maybe even into the sack
