Do you ever get the urge to have some garlic ice cream?

No, neither do I. But it is one of the offerings at the Gilroy Garlic Festival near Silicon Valley, California. This is held every Summer and attracts interest from far and wide.

There are stalls telling you how to grow garlic and how to cook garlic. There are even people dressed up as garlic bulbs. Many garlic-laden foods are on sale to eat there – including the ice cream.

Garlic – A Great Herb

Garlic is one herb I would find it hard to do without.

But I think I’ll hold off on the ice cream.
