Garlic Ice Cream

Here’s one using lots of double cream – and egg yolks if you want it really creamy.

High cholesterol, you say? Well, the heart-damaging effects would be partly counteracted if you add a couple of cloves of garlic to the recipe ;-)

Even better, make vegan ice cream – then add a clove or two of garlic to that!
