Use An Air Filter
One prophylactic way to deal effectively with hay fever is by using an air filter. If you can be in an airtight room, many air filters easily remove pollen from the air giving complete relief – while you stay in the room.
Some people have the filter in their front room in the evening, then move it to the bedroom at night.
