I have not blogged much in July. I was away in Denver, Colorado for the best part of 3 weeks. What took me there was a health clinic focused on anti-aging – Dr Terry Grossman‘s Frontier Clinic. I decided to have a complete ‘once over’ for my health, which was done over 2 days.
It was a great experience. I learned loads and I found someone very knowledgeable – Terry – who I feel I can trust to help me with my health and anti-aging plan.
Not that my health is bad – it’s good. I just want it to keep that way.

While I was in Denver and the clinic stuff was over, I had a little holiday – well, you’ve got to haven’t you? Colorado is an absolutely beautiful state. I recommend a visit to anyone.
And the zip-wiring and white water rafting was particularly good!
