Salmon for a good dietOne way we can easily influence our health every day is through what we eat and drink. Naturally, this influence can be positive or negative.

While we should not cause ourselves stress by trying to be perfect, we should aim for ou diet to be 90-95% good for 90-95% of the time. This is probably enough!

Those of us who are extra-sensitive to foods - eg wheat or dairy allergies - might have to do better than this if they want to feel fit more of the time. For many people, sensitivities will reduce as general health improves.

Salads for good healthThe rules of a 'healthy diet' are agreed by most experts - and I am thinking here of those leaning towards alternative medicine in general and anti-aging in particular. Within this framework there is a lot of flexibility to accomodate your own tastes in food and drink.
