Interval training is the best exercise oif all there are; and if you want to get healthy and stay healthy you need to incorporate this into your weekly routine.

Aerobics is all very well; and weight training has its place.

But to dothe best for your healthy aging and muscle strength - and even to look good! - you need interval training.

I do it 3 times a week . I recommend you do the same.
