Though herbs can be used to support good blood circulation, the basics must be in place; namely, diet and exercise.

Aerobic exercise certainly improves blood circulation and this should be part of everyone’s routine. Aerobic exercise is exercise in which oxygen is uswed up in the exercise process. This type of exercise has been proven to build heart muscle and increase the strength of the heart beat.

There is one simple exercise everyone can do which is low cost and which is a great aerobic exercise.

Read about it in this article on how to really help blood circulation.

It is neat that there are so many natural ways to help control circulation. I am always amazed at how much is really provided by nature.

I love garlic and don’t find the smell offensive at all, so personally would opt for the real thing, although I can understand using the capsules. Especially for everyday use…

Just thought it would be worth adding that another benefit of the Cayenne Pepper is that is very good for preventing the common cold.

There are so many foods and spices out there that do the job, prescribed drugs are designed to do. Fortunately these natural products don’t come with side effects and are much tastier!
