Interval Training – Best Exercise There Is

September 5th, 2009 · 1 Comment

exercise-water-w200-h200I am so pleased I was introduced to the method of in the summer. Reading the background of interval training, there is plenty of supporting evidence for its benefits.

I have now completely swapped my focus from and weight training to interval training. I am already noticing stronger muscles, more defined abdomen and increased stamina.

Interval training is also cheaper, quicker, and more effective than other exercise methods. It builds muscles, strengthens the heart and lungs, and even reduces inflammation in the body – those who read my posts regularly know how keen I am to reduce inflammation.

I strongly recommend you to check out the articles I have written about interval training. If you do it, it will make a big difference to your health.

The downside? Ok – it’s tough! It is a hard exercise, stretching you but just for short period. Short, sharp exercise suits me fine if it’s for a proven purpose. Hopefully it will suit you too.

Please let me know your thoughts about interval training – especially if you do it!
