Keeping Exercise On Track

September 16th, 2009 · No Comments

pressups3-w200-h200 is hard to keep up regularly, many find. One way I have already mentioned which helps me is to use a timer to prompt me to exercise.

Another is – getting the right clothing on.

I am lucky – in my view – to work part of the time from home. This means that when I get up, around 6.30 usually, I am fine to put on my exercise gear. I work for an hour or two then, before breakfast, I do my home exercise. At the moment this alternates between interval training, abs training on a sofa and rebounding on a mini-trampoline.

That done, I get changed and have breakfast.

I guarantee that if I put on my day clothes when I got up I’d stuggle to do my home exercise every day.

Question: What keeps you on track with exercise? Share it – post a comment.
