Bio Multi-flora Compares Well With Probiotics Brands

by malc on March 24, 2011

shs-Bio30-smAmong Probiotics brands, our Bio Multi-flora compares very well.

It is a high quality bowel flora supplement in capsules which, over the years, has just got better and better in its formulation. These type of bowel flora probiotics are based on acidophilus, which is a type of ‘friendly’ bacterium.  These are the same ‘friendly bacteria’ which are found in Yakult and similar ‘bowel health’ food products in the supermarket, as well as the ones found naturally in yoghurt. However, the amounts found in these products are pretty low, which is why it makes sense to take a supplement – such as our Bio Multi-flora. As different from some other probiotics brands, ours contains additional bacteria to the acidophilus: it also contains bifidum and rhamnosus, two other excellent bacteria for the bowel.

Many people take a bowel flora supplement every single day. You can’t overdo it – when used as recommended, and there are so many features of daily life which can encourage the overproduction of the ‘unfdriendly bacteria’, that this is a good preventive measure. For example, foreign travel, antibiotics and straying from an optimal diet.

I take one capsule of Bio Multi-flora Capsules every day, along with one capsule of Power Garlic Capsules – our low-odour garlic supplement.

This probiotic of ours is specially formulated to be kept out of the fridge – so you can stock up well ahead. It’s shelf life is up to a year, up to which time we guarantee 3.5 billion organisms per capsule.

There are other probiotics brands – but I would not be without my Bio Multi-flora.

was happy to read that your probiotic doesn`t need to be kept in the fridge, this is very helpful for me as i travel a lot.
