Spirulina Tablets for good health

Spirulina Tablets for good health

Spirulina appears to have benefits for nerve health, a University of South Florida study shows.

The study was carried out on mice over a 10 week period who had their diets supplemented with spirulina.

At the end of the study, the mice showed a reduction in inflammation, indicated by markers in the blood, and also a lowered level of nerve damage than the control group.

Nerve damage is difficult to repair and anything that can help this process is to be welcomed. Spirulina is so nutritious, that it is well worth taking as a daily supplement in any case. This is just one more reason to take spirulina every day.

Do I take it every day? Yep! And here is the spirulina supplement I take.

I have 10 tablets every day, which is 5 grammes of spirulina. I like it for the benefits it has for cholesterol balance. But the possible support for the nervous system is just further encouragement to take it.
