There are two great exercise workouts which I do on many days. I like them because they lend themselves to interval training; they are quick; and they are effective.
I have described them on my new healthynumber1 site. One of them is specifically to be done on an interval training method. It is devised by a coach trained in the Al Sears method of interval training. The other I was put on to by a trainer at Frontier Clinic in Denver, where I went in July. This involved doing seven type of abdominal crunch in about ten minutes, using only a sofa as a prop.
