A customer told us he was 83 and had no grey hair. He did begin to go grey, then he heard that Anne Wigmore – the lady who founded the Hippocrates Institute in the States and who started the ‘Wheat Grass Craze’ – has no grey hair. She also drank lots of wheat grass juice.
He put 2 and 2 together… and now he has no grey hair either.
Does Wheat Grass stop you going grey?
I don’t know. Somehow, it doesn’t seem likely.
But I know 2 people who think – or in Anne Wignmore’s case thought – Wheat Grass can help.
Buy high quality Wheat Grass capsules or micro-fine powder.

I just found this blog and find it to be brimming with unique information. I’ll be 40 this year and already I have more grey hair than my mom who’s just 61.
The grey hairs come from my father’s side.
If I can tolerate the taste of wheat grass, I’ll definitely give it a try. Salon hair dye jobs are too expensive. This sounds like an affordable solution.

Hope it helps (and it’s good for you anyway),

Doesn’t wheat grass have a lot of vitamins in it? I think that could certainly help the case, but who knows maybe a study should be done, that would be amazing if it could help prevent gray hair.

There are bad habits that contribute to hair loss. One is mass consumption of processed foods. Processed foods often lack the vitamins and minerals needed to maintain a healthy hair.
